Redefining South Africa’s Political Centre

Achieving Inspiration

Our Mission

Our mission is to produce ideas and leaders that will turn South Africa into a modern, prosperous and just society whose social contract is underpinned by social democratic and social solidarity principles.

Why the Rivonia Circle

We have decided to call this platform The Rivonia Circle for two reasons. The first is that we draw inspiration from the courage and example of the generation to which the Rivonia Trialists belonged.

Who can get involved

South Africans from all walks of life who are brought together by patriotism, a love for freedom and democracy, and a desire to see all South Africans experience the opportunities and fruits of freedom.
